In a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, they now seek a BIM Coordinator to help scale digital project delivery in a technically ambitious and fast-evolving setting.

About the Role

As BIM Coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring efficient digital design coordination across large-scale engineering projects. You will work closely with multiple disciplines to keep models structured, integrated, and aligned with project goals. The role offers a mix of technical hands-on tasks and active involvement in cross-team processes, ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-driven, digital-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate BIM models across disciplines during design and construction
  • Perform clash detection and support issue resolution
  • Validate models using tools like Revit, AutoCAD, E3D, and ACC
  • Contribute to coordination meetings and visual documentation
  • Ensure accurate model integration and consistent data
  • Maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE) with proper structure and version control

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in a BIM coordination or similar technical role
  • Proficient in tools such as Navisworks Manage, Revit, AutoCAD, Aveva E3D, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  • The position requires that the candidate is legally entitled to work in Sweden.
  • Full professional proficiency in English, both speech and writing

Preferred Skills

  • Degree or certification in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or BIM Technology
  • Familiarity with or willingness to follow ISO 19650 standards
  • Knowledge of Civil 3D, Tekla Structures, Dynamo or Python scripting
  • Autodesk Certified Professional (a plus)

Additional Information

Type of employment: Full-time, 6-12 months, Consultant through A-hub
Start date: According to agreement, ASAP
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00
Location: Stockholm, with hybrid flexibility
