ABOUT THE ROLE
Tietoevry Banking is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solutions Architect to join their Credit team. As a Solutions Architect in Credit, you will play an important role in defining the technology roadmap for Lending services and solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to develop and implement scalable and innovative Lending architectures that are able to support customers on multiple markets and with shifting needs. Responsibilities include:
- Define and develop end-to-end Lending architecture covering loan origination, servicing, collateral management and pre-collection.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into architecture design.
- Drive the adoption of industry best practices and emerging technologies in the Lending domain to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide technical guidance and recommendations to mitigate risks.
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams, guiding them in implementing Lending solutions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, laws and regulations, and advancements in technology to drive innovation and enhance Lending products and services.
- Participate in customer- and partner-meetings to present and explain solution architecture principles.
WHO ARE YOU?
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Lending processes, technology frameworks, and Enterprise Architecture principles. Previous experience from adopting Cloud technologies is a plus since Lending is embarking on a Cloud journey over the coming years. We also believe that you have/are:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or Enterprise Architect
- Previous experience from designing and implementing Banking or Lending architecture.
- Understanding of relevant technologies and frameworks in the Lending domain, such as loan origination or servicing systems, APIs, cloud platforms, and data analytics
- Previous experience from adopting Cloud technologies
- Fluent in writing and speaking English
It is also beneficial if you have:
- Knowledge of Lending processes, systems, and technologies, such as loan origination systems, credit scoring, loan servicing, and collections.
- Proficiency in utilizing Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and tools.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Lending Professional, TOGAF)
- Knowlegde of the Swedish language
BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, WE BELIEVE THAT YOU HAVE:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess business needs and recommend suitable architectural solutions.
- A robust business mindset and demonstrate a keen understanding of commercial dynamics, encompassing relationships, agreements and overall business acumen. ¨

Location: Stockholm, hybrid with 3 days per week in the office
